Whatis your service area?
Grand Luxe Limo is based in Chicago, IL. We provide excellent Local, National, and International service. We specialize in local and City to City transportation regardless of State or Town. For International reservations call our Worldwide Reservation System.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?
We have one of the industries youngest fleets featuring new late model hybrids, luxury sedans, luxury SUV’s, stretch limousines, vans, corporate and party busses.


Are you open on holidays?
Yes, we are ready for your service needs and are available 365, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We suggest you make your reservation online or via our app at least 24 hours in advance to secure availability, we advise a minimum 2 hour notice. If you require immediate service call us at (312) 525-9644

Do you provide child safety seats for vehicle?
No, Grand Luxe Limo, Inc. At this time does not provide child seat for its customers. You may bring and install your own child seat provided it meets local and national required standards.


Do you have a lost and found department?
Yes, Grand Luxe Limo, Inc. will do everything reasonably possible to secure any lost and found items in the vehicle for you to retrieve. You may contact our lost and found department at (224) 216-4145. Grand Luxe Limo, Inc. Is not responsible for any items left or lost in our vehicles.

RATES & BILLING


What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 2 hours notice is required to change or cancel your reservation for sedans and SUV’s, and 24 hours notice is requires for limousines. Five business days minimum notice is required to change or cancel buses and specialty vehicles.


Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Do you accept business or personal checks?

We accept checks drawn from Illinois bank accounts only if there is enough time for the check to clear before scheduled pickup time, usually two weeks.

Why do I need to submit credit card information at time of initial reservation?
All of your reservations are subject to guaranteed payment. Your credit card information is secure and private regardless of initiating an online, smart phone application, or telephone reservation order.
Charges for your reservation will be  billed to this this credit card if you do not cancel your scheduled advance (see cancellation policy)


Do I need an account to make a reservation?
We encourage all customers to set up an account to receive special offers, discounts, and Loyalty Rewards benefits, however, it is not mandatory. An approved credit card is sufficient to guarantee your reservation.


How do I get duplicate receipt?


Why are the dates on my bill different from my travel dates?
Charges for your reservation will be  billed to this this credit card if you do not cancel your scheduled advance (see cancellation policy)

Why is the amount charged different from the amount I was quoted?
Your rate quote is based on the information provided at the time your reservation was made. Additional charges result from changes to your service during your trip, such as extra stops, waiting time, or extending the duration of your charter. if you have discovered an error please contact our accounting department.


Can I set up a direct billing account?

EVENTS & SPECIAL OCCASSION


Do all weddings have to be booked as charters?
Wedding service for the bridal party must be booked as a charter. However, we can provide transportation for wedding guests as point-to-point service. Please speak  with our Wedding Specialist for more information and special  wedding packages.
